First Home Buyers Grant ACT

The Home Buyer Concession Scheme is a stamp duty concession that aims to assist persons purchasing a residential home or residential vacant land. To receive the stamp duty concession, you must lodge your Home Buyer Concession Scheme within 90 days of the grant, transfer or agreement to transfer (whichever occurs first).
