First Home Buyers Grant Northern Territory (NT)
The First Home Buyer Concession scheme provides first home buyers in the Northern Territory a stamp duty concession of up to $26 730 on the first $540 000 of the property purchase price. The concession applies only to properties up to the value of $750 000 ($385 000 for vacant land). This stamp duty discount is in addition to the first home buyers grant.
