Apart from the First Home Buyers Grant, first home buyers in Western Australia may also be entitled to the first home owner concession. Under the scheme, eligible first home buyers receive a concession on transfer stamp duty on properties with a dutiable value of up to $600,000 for a house and land, or $400,000 for vacant land.
